Control Audio and Video Components without opening your cabinet door or hide the equipment in another room

One of the most common needs of IR remote control extenders comes from the wife.  Wives want a beautiful home with tables, couches, and paintings but when they agree to the plasma, flat screen or LCD, the last thing they expect is an exposed cabinet or table full of A/V equipment and cords running up the wall to run that beautiful new TV.

At Channel Vision, we're constantly asked, "with all of the modern technology today, why can't I control my DVD player or cable box inside a closed cabinet, separate room or closet without opening it each time I want to change the TV"?

The answer was relatively simple, IR extenders used with IR flashers.  The problem came when using this technology next to an LCD, Plasma or in direct sunlight.  The engineers at Channel Vision Technology worked over 2 years perfecting this technology using microprocessor technology that is different from every system on the market to achieve a perfect result.  Taking an IR signal in the 36KHz to 56KHz range while a plasma is running (which interferes with all of the competitions product including our 1st generation IR control), and reforming the waveform to send out a perfect IR signal to control the A/V equipment was not an easy task. The genius of our engineers on this project and the methods used to deliver the results are revolutionary.  Our products work in virtually every situation at a price that is un-touched from any competition.  We've achieved the performance of a perfect and consistent waveform!

The most amazing installation of Channel Vision IR controlling AV equipment we heard of was from an installer on a yacht installation.  This Newport Beach installer was challenged with the ir control of his equipment located in the cabin below the helm and the captain wanted to watch TV while running the vessel on long trips.  The dealer installed everything from Xantech IR, Niles and Speakercraft IR.  Anything he attempted wouldn't work with the radar equipment running.  Channel Vision IR equipment wasn't a consideration because the price was so low he didn't think it could possibly be better than the other more expensive products.  It worked the first time and the installer is another satisfied Channel Vision customer.  We'll impress you with our results!

The dealer above also installed an RF Modulator to distribute the satellite tv picture to all of the tv's on the boat.  Also, using a video modulator he distributed 4 surveillance cameras strategically located on the boat that allowed him to monitor the engines, galley and cockpit from every tv on the yacht.
