I purchased an SC544S camera and powered it on. I plugged it into the network and set up the IP information. I can pull it up while I am hard wired, but it will not show up on my network via WiFi. Am I doing something wrong?

After you have configured the IP information you must log into the camera while it is still hard wired. There is a section in the settings of the camera where you must then input your WiFi access information. Once this is done remove power and network connection and then re-power the unit. Check your IP installer and hit refresh until the unit shows up. If the unit still does not show up after a few minutes please contact Channel Vision technical support directly.
