On my P-0920, I hear static during the call. What can cause this?

  1. Disconnect the outgoing phones and connect a test phone to the Telco or Telephone output of the unit. Does it work with a test phone? Static can be caused by wiring issues, interference from outside sources, DSL lines run through the P-0920 without a P-0411 DSL filter, etc.
