Question:

When I try to access my DVR-4HE via internet explorer the ActiveX plugin will not show up, what should I do?

Answer:

If the ActiveX plugin is not showing up on internet explorer, running the page in compatibility mode should make it show up. If it doesn’t show up in compatibility mode you may have to go into Internet Options and select prompt for Unsigned ActiveX Plugins.
